We are promoting molecular nanoengineering research utilizing nanomaterials and nanophenomena for the development of novel microsystems. Microfabrication techniques can be utilized in biotechnology to design nanospaces suitable for functional analysis of cells and biomolecules. Aiming to develop next-generation analytical systems that can be realized by utilizing these technologies, our laboratory is working on the following research projects.



Fabrication of quantum devices by single-Ion implantation

Fabrication of nanostructure array by surface modification.

Development of quantum measurement systems.

Development of methods for introducing materials into cells.

Interface control of multicellular neural networks.


We believe that understanding materials and phenomena at nanoscale is the effective way to energize our society and enhance quality of our life...
